Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 15, 2026

1. Services
RevSocial, a division of RevRapid LLC, provides influencer marketing campaign management services as outlined in signed Agency Services Agreements with each client.

2. Payment Terms
Monthly retainer fees are due on the 1st of each month. Campaign budgets are billed separately. Invoices unpaid after 15 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee.

3. Intellectual Property
All campaign strategies, creative concepts, and proprietary processes developed by RevSocial remain the intellectual property of RevSocial unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Content & Usage Rights
Influencer content usage rights are governed by individual influencer agreements negotiated by RevSocial on behalf of the client. Extended usage requires separate written agreement.

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all campaign strategies, pricing, and proprietary information confidential during and after the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability
RevSocial's liability shall not exceed fees paid in the three months preceding any claim. RevSocial is not liable for influencer performance beyond agreed deliverables.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. RevSocial requires payment for all work completed through the termination date.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in Comal County, Texas.
